Technical Support Functions:

Site inspection & 1 stop support for Equipment installation AMCs and site inspections.

Sales Function: Presales technical assistance identifying business opportunities.

Management Functions Project Management estimation installation documentation testing Manpower/ team management assigning service calls.

Service Estimation study of product requirements quotation preparations providing estimates proposing AMCs stock review.

Procurement & supply chain procurement of spare parts vendor negotiation supplier handling. Sales Make the department profit center identifying business opportunities of sales and business developments revenue generation through spare parts & accessories.

ADDITIONALY Propose Technical Support to Customers & Customers for Equipments not supplied

Render Service within Set TAT

Maintain SOPs Recipes Basic Training to Staff at customer point

Team Management.

EDUCATION Degree in Electronics/ Electrical. EXPRERIENCE 10 plus years in F&B industry handling the industrial kitchens concession food equipment UAE experience and DL is preferred. Good command on both spoken and written English.
