Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Health & Safety Management: Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed. Ensure the implementation of health and safety policies in the workplace.
Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees. Monitor and report on employee health trends.
Health Promotion: Conduct health education and wellness programs to promote a healthy lifestyle among employees.
Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
Workplace Inspections: Conduct regular health and safety inspections and risk assessments within the factory.
