Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone email and chat to provide prompt and courteous support.
- Resolve inquiries and concerns efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to change.
