Roles & Responsibilities
· Developing new sales opportunities and achieve targets.
· Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
· Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.
· Upselling products and services.
· Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
· Service the clients at the retail outlets and provide the right advice and recommend / introduce new items for purchase.
· Ensure proper shelf display.
· Replenish out of stock and replace short expiry dates.
· Implement the approved merchandising at all times.
