Roles & Responsibilities § Process workshop parts orders and recommend additional related repair items. § Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components to effectively help the workshop operation. § Interact with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service. § Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests. § Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed. § Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers. § Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy by correctly charging, pulling, and issuing parts in a precise manner and according to process. § Provide a high level of personal service to the work floor staff by assisting them in identifying and obtaining needed parts.
