Assistant Housing Manager • Oversee the day-to-day operations of housing facilities, including check-ins, check-outs, maintenance requests, and cleanliness. • Coordinate housing assignments, ensuring fair distribution and efficient utilization of available spaces. • Maintain accurate records of housing occupancy and related documentation. Maintenance and Repairs • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure that accommodations are in good condition and meet all safety and hygiene standards. • Arrange timely repairs and maintenance services as needed, addressing issues like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep. Resident Relations • Act as the primary point of contact for housing residents, addressing their concerns, queries, and requests promptly and professionally.
