Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
Manage project team members and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
