Role Overview: The Data Analyst will be a key player in the BI team part of the Consumer Banking business leveraging data to drive strategic business decisions. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and business acumen to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to data analysis seeking out opportunities to drive innovation and efficiency within the BI team. We are looking for a data enthusiast who is eager to contribute to the banks growth and success through insightful data analysis.

Role Requirements

• Data Analysis: Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends opportunities and key takeaways that inform business strategies.
• Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that clearly present findings to stakeholders.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to integrate data insights into business decisionmaking processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored datadriven solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation of data analysis methodologies and outcomes.

Knowledge and Experience

Technical

• Experience with Data Extraction (Extract Transform and Load) ETL techniques and technologies
• Data analysis / segmentation based on key criteria
• Oracle SQL SQL Server (SRSS) Power BI / Tableau ; SAS / R / Python
• Advanced Excel capabilities including data manipulation and visualization techniques.

NonTechnical

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and impactfully.
• Experience in Banking and Financial Services
• Indepth knowledge of the Cards business and loyalty marketing strategies.
• Proven track record in campaign fulfillment and tracking with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Experience with Think Cell and MS PowerPoint
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Experience with cloudbased data platforms and big data tools (e.g. Azure)
• Capacity to manage large datasets and perform analysis under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills capable of engaging both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic crossfunctional environment.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fastpaced deadlinedriven setting.
