Job Description

  • Client > Consulting Firm

  • Role > Senior Partner for Finance and Transaction Advisory Business Development in Emirates

  • Overview > We are looking for an Associate Partner Level (ex Big4Tier 1 Consulting) to lead and drive the growth of our Value realization and tracking practice. This role will involve developing and executing business development strategies enhancing client engagement shaping and refining proposals and driving the overall growth of the practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in top consulting firms with a strong focus on finance transaction advisory and business development

  • Responsibilities > Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the practice's market presence; Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction; Oversee the creation and refinement of proposals ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards; Shape and refine the practice’s service offerings ensuring alignment with market demands and industry trends

  • Required Skills > Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance and transaction advisory with significant exposure to business development and client engagement; At least 810 years of experience in toptier consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Bain & Company Deloitte PwC Ernst & Young (EY) Kearney PWC KPMG; Proven track record of leading successful business development initiatives and securing highvalue client engagements; Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills; Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships; Leadership capabilities with a focus on mentoring and team development; Deep understanding of financial markets transaction advisory and business development strategies.

  • Engagement > 6 months > This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and contribute to Client's expansion strategy within the Finance and Transaction sector in Abu Dhabi
