Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property & Facility Manager (Emirati) to oversee and manage the efficient operation and maintenance of our client s properties and facilities in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management with a proven track record of successfully managing complex facilities.
Monitor and improve performance of soft and hard services.
Forecast and manage property budgets to enhance profitability.
Reduce operational costs and ensure maximum value for money.
Adhere to safety regulations with frequent inspections.
Maintain properties to ensure they are functional and appealing.
Plan and direct essential central services like reception security and maintenance.
Schedule and oversee property maintenance and investment evaluations.
Manage contracts supervise contractors and address tenant concerns effectively.
Requirements
Preferably holds a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years experience in Facilities Management
Strong technical understanding of building systems concepts and regulations
Familiarity with Facilities Management scope and areas of expertise
Proficiency in common office and CAD software
