HR Assistant

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process including job postings resume screening and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate and schedule employee onboarding and training programs
• Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and files
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HRrelated matters
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
• Other administrative tasks are assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR preferably in a fastpaced environment
• Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS system
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.
