HR Operations Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Executive to oversee and manage all aspects of our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to HR as well as providing support to the HR team and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including personal information attendance and performance evaluations
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including conducting orientation sessions for new hires
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HRrelated matters such as benefits policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• 45 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates is a plus
