Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner about ERP.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Identify clients needs clarify information research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Requirements:
Relevant experience in ERP software support.
Thorough knowledge of inventory management & accounting software.
Knowledge in SQL server
Excellent Communication Skills ( English)
Ability to work under deadlines
Multitasking
Team Player
Job Types: Fulltime Permanent
Pay: From AED2500.00 per month
