PE Associate

Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: • Key member of the investment team who will support in all aspects of the investment process including origination, due diligence, transaction structuring and post-acquisition portfolio management. • Primarily responsible for screening investment opportunities and extensive financial modeling (particularly DCFs and LBOs) including sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential opportunities and provide preliminary investment review based on financial and strategic considerations. • Coordinate commercial, financial and legal due diligence sessions including preparation of materials in conjunction with external consultants. • Manage the documentation process including drafting investment committee memoranda and recommendations.
