Job Details

Responsibilities

Manage SEC and state regulatory filings for over 1,000 active hedge funds, commodity pools, and private equity funds.

Communicate daily with clients regarding sales management and regulatory filing needs.

Collaborate daily with attorneys to gather information for regulatory filings.

Maintain and assist clients with the proprietary Blue Sky website.

Analyze fund offering documents to prepare SEC and state regulatory filings.

Prepare and file SEC documents and Blue Sky notices.

Required

4-7 years of experience at a large law firm or hedge fund.

Familiarity with hedge funds, offering documents, and SEC filings.

Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
