Act as a focal point for EPC tendering activities.
Prepare RFT doents with the support of the Project Management Team.
Prepare contractual correspondence.
Develop and maintain procedures for:
Contract Trend Notices (CTN)
Invoicing
Procurement
Subcontracting
ist in the preparation of:
EPC agreements
Licensor agreements
Novation of agreements
Purchase orders for equipment packages
Amendments to agreements or variation orders
Contracting strategies
Review and provide advice to the Project Management Team for CTNs and delay claims.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Maintain comprehensive records of all contract activities.
Prepare and present contract management reports.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in law or Master’s in Contracts Management or Master’s Degree in Arbitration or Bachelor’s in Engineering
Any one of the following certifications: Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), Certified International Commercial Contracts Manager (CICCM), or Certified Contract Manager (FIDIC-CCM).
