Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the bodyshop team to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs. Oversee the scheduling and allocation of work to team members, ensuring timely completion of repairs. Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the bodyshop. Conduct regular inspections of completed repairs to ensure adherence to quality standards. Assist with estimating repair costs and preparing quotes for customers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve the bodyshop's operations.
