Performance Specialist

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs related to tmart Performance at all levels, and run required deep dive investigations
• Support in analyzing and managing P&L, Gather and analyze data to articulate point of views and support recommendations
• Proactively come up with suggestions to improve overall business performance
• Lead efforts on monthly performance reviews preparation as well as any performance related report
• Run various analyses backed by data to better understand platform patterns, consumer behavior,marketing performance, promotions performance, etc.
• Act as a safeguard of all dashboards, reports and tools required to monitor performance
• Strategic problem solving - help in identifying and devising current challenges and future opportunities
• Develop business cases to defend initiatives and seek approvals. closely monitor the performance of those during and after project launch to measure the effectiveness of the implemented actions
• Put in place project management governance and develop framework
