Company Overview: Join a leading technology company at the forefront of innovation who are committed to developing long standing relationships with customers. Position Overview: Seeking a diligent and detail-oriented In-House Paralegal to join a legal team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, NDAs, and licensing agreements
• Manage corporate governance matters, including preparing board meeting materials and maintaining corporate records.
• Support litigation preparation, including document management and coordination.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting the company's operations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide legal guidance and support on various matters as they arise.
• Manage legal inbox and requests for legal and other contractual queries.
  

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in law.
• Proven experience in contract management or contract
