Job Description: We are seeking an HR Outsourcing Manager with a robust network and extensive experience in managing HR outsourcing activities in India Pakistan Sri Lanka Nepal and the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and leveraging strong relationships with HR outsourcing agencies in these regions to meet the companys HR outsourcing needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain a network of reputable HR outsourcing agencies in India Pakistan Sri Lanka Nepal and the Philippines.
- Collaborate with external agencies to fulfill the companys HR outsourcing requirements including recruitment payroll management compliance and other HRrelated services.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with HR outsourcing agencies to ensure costeffective and highquality services.
- Stay abreast of HR outsourcing trends and best practices in the specified regions to drive continuous improvement in outsourcing processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand HR outsourcing needs and provide effective solutions through external partnerships.
