Roles & Responsibilities
The Operations Administrator is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
• Assisting the Repair & Maintenance Manager with the allocation of resources
• Coordinate regional rental asset availability
• Scheduling work required and maintaining accurate ERP system data.
• Communication of changes between Operations and Service teams, in both directions.
• Work closely with the Supply chain to ensure all parts are available for new build assets and document accordingly.
• Updating service records (inspection reports, procedures, etc.).
• Updating workshop-related spreadsheets and ERP System Data
