Job Description
Organizing and Conducting Maintenances: You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks for our clients' properties. This includes overseeing regular maintenance, emergency repairs, and any other necessary services to maintain the properties' optimal condition.
Tracking and Analyzing Technician Performance: You will monitor the performance of our technicians and maintenance staff. This involves assessing their productivity, work quality, and adherence to safety protocols. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing training programs will be part of your duties
