Job Description
Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in the healthcare sector. They are currently seeking enthusiastic a number of Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. If you are passionate about helping others we want to hear from you and potentially consider you for this opportunity.
As a Customer Service Representative you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and patients. You will handle inquiries provide information and support the daytoday operations of our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients and patients with inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update patient records and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and confidentiality.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage.
- Education: Minimum of a High School diploma.
- Experience: Previous experience in healthcare facilities is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positions Available: We offer junior to senior level positions depending on experience.
- Willingness to work anywhere in Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates

The Ideal Candidate would have: Education Bachelor s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Technical/Professional writing, or a related field. Master s degree preferred. Experience Must have over 10 years of experience in a senior communications role, healthcare experience preferred. Certifications/Other requirements as applicable Must be highly proficient in written and spoken English, particularly as related to the requirements of Journalism. Perceptive in handling matters of a confidential nature; adequate background in the cultures, traditions, and beliefs of the various nationalities of his readership.
