Project coordinator

Project Planning and Scheduling:

• Assist in the development of project plans including defining scope goals deliverables and timelines.
  
• Create and maintain project schedules ensuring all deadlines are met.
  
• Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed.
  

Communication and Coordination:

• Serve as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders ensuring clear communication.
  
• Organize and facilitate meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items.
  
• Coordinate with team members and external parties to gather necessary information and resources.
