Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
Handle inquiries from clients and visitors and provide accurate information.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
Desired Candidate Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in the Call Centre/BPO industry.
