Interior Design Project Manager Arabic Speaker

A leading prestigious contracting and construction company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Interior Designer Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interior design execution specifically in highrise buildings residential/luxury villas or hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of interior design execution onsite.
  
• Develop and implement construction detailing and specifications for projects.
  
• Collaborate with project teams contractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective construction management and timely project completion.
  
• Monitor project progress ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
  
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of site experience in interior design execution.
  
• Proven experience in highrise buildings residential/luxury villas or hotel projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and specification development.
  
• Background in contracting or construction company.
  
• Proficient in construction management practices.
  
• Must be fluent in Arabic language

Work Location:

• Willingness to work/relocate to Al Ain as the project is based in Al Ain.
