The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

What Youll Do:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
• Conduct cost analysis and risk management.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor payments.
• Ensure compliance with financial and contractual regulations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and documentation.

What Were Looking For:

• A Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
