Job Description
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, contracts, budgets, and variations.
- Perform cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Prepare progress reports and financial statements for project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
