About Our Client: Our client a top construction firm in the UAE is dedicated to delivering projects on time and within budget. They are seeking a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and contracts effectively.
The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
- Conduct cost analysis and risk management.
- Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor payments.
- Ensure compliance with financial and contractual regulations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and documentation.
What Were Looking For:
- A Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software.
