Blocks Factory Forman

Job Description:

Oversee the daily operations of the blocks factory

Coordinate with production team to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of blocks

Monitor and maintain quality control standards

Manage inventory and order raw materials as needed

Train and supervise production staff

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production

Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and costsaving measures

Requirements:

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of quality control processes

Ability to troubleshoot and problemsolve effectively

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices

Organizational and time management skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a similar industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other relevant tools. Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
