Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced female Hospitality Manager to join our clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of managing successful operations. As a Hospitality Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the companys hospitality department ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the hospitality department including front desk housekeeping food and beverage and guest services
Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and revenue
Train and supervise staff to ensure highquality service is provided at all times
Manage and monitor budgets expenses and financial performance of the department
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the business
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Must be female and currently based in Dubai United Arab Emirates
