We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to be based in Dubai.
Primary Tasks
Full ownership of all HR operations employee relations and labor compliance within the country
Serve as a trusted advisor to the local leadership team
Align local HR practices with global HR policies adapted to local legislation and workforce needs
Lead the local HR team
Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and workplace safety standards
Manage employee relations and act as the first point of contact for managers and staff
Oversee recruitment onboarding and offboarding in alignment with global HR processes
Support managers in performance and people management
Implement and adapt global/regional HR policies locally
Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with market standards
Liaise with finance payroll and external service providers as needed
Promote an inclusive performance-driven culture
Provide HR data insights and reports to local and global stakeholders
Support leadership development and local talent initiatives
Experience & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of national labor laws and employment practices
Experience with end-to-end HR operations (payroll benefits employment lifecycle etc.)
Ability to balance strategic insight and hands-on HR execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel and PowerPoint) is required
Experience with HR software HRIS is preferred
