About the Opportunity:

A leading provider of advanced aesthetic treatments in Dubai seeks a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this vital role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness generate leads and achieve our business development goals. You will play a key role in crafting engaging multimedia content managing social media platforms and analyzing data to optimize our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the clinics overall business objectives.

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences understand industry trends and inform marketing strategies.

• Create highquality and engaging content across various multimedia platforms (website social media email marketing etc.).

• Manage and oversee all aspects of social media marketing including content creation audience engagement community management and campaign execution.

• Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and recommend adjustments for optimization.

• Manage marketing budgets effectively and identify costeffective marketing strategies.

• Oversee the production of promotional materials ensuring brand consistency and messaging.

• Collaborate with other departments such as reception and sales to ensure a cohesive marketing and patient experience.

• Stay uptodate on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

• Prepare marketing reports to track progress and measure the success of marketing initiatives.

• Manage and maintain the clinics online reputation through effective communication and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role within the UAE preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including social media marketing content marketing and analytics.

• Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Creativity and a passion for developing engaging and visually appealing marketing materials.

• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.

• A flexible and resultsoriented work style with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

• Fluency in English (mandatory) and Arabic (highly desirable).
