Key Areas of Responsibilities • Responsible to cut fruits and vegetables. • Responsible to prepare sandwiches and salads as per customer's order. • Perform a combination of duties to maintain kitchen, work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition: Sweep and mop floors. • Wash worktables, refrigerators and surrounding areas. • Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers. • Ensure food is prepared keeping in mind hygiene and cleanliness by following the Basic Food Hygiene rules. • Keep the kitchen area clean and all the equipment used for preparing food clean and hygienic.
