Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding
- Handle the onboarding process from end-to-end
- Collect and track pre-employment requirements of newly hired employees until completion
- Conduct the Company s HR Orientation
- Report new hires to government agencies
- Process and arrange delivery of new hire necessities such as Company IDs, HMO cards, and ATM cards
- Act as point of contact for questions and concerns of newly hired employees
- Suggest and implement improvements in the onboarding process to ensure and maintain exceptional employee experience
Employment Contracts
- Create employment contracts for employees hired under the Employer of Record service
- Schedule and conduct job offers with successful candidates under the said service
Data Management
- Organize and maintain the Company s 201 Files
- Act as point of contact for changes in employee information such as civil status, address, and contact information
- Ensure that all HR documents are backed up in the Company s cloud storage
Visa Processing
- Coordinate with clients and new expatriate hires for VISA requirements
- Coordinate with government offices and vendors to process VISA applications
Others
- Enroll and remove employees from the Company s communication channels as needed
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Create and submit reports as required
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, and other related fields
- At least six (6) months of relative experience is required
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Able to report to the company s Makati office at least twice a week
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 8AM-5PM
