Role and Responsibilities :-
Knowledge on Arabic/Lebanese Food Cooking.
Designing/Planning Menu.
Adding / Learning New Dishes
Supporting Admin Staff For Costing of the Items
Following Timeliness in food preparation
Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff.
Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards
Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment
Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen’s performance
Food Quality Management Skills.
