*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our client base fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role is perfect for an ambitious professional with a passion for recruitment and a knack for strategic thinking.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.

Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Prepare and present proposals presentations and contracts to potential clients.

Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to close deals successfully.

Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.

Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.

*Qualifications:*

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business development sales or a related role within the recruitment industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
