Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their renewal needs and provide personalized assistance.

• Coordinate and facilitate the renewal process including documentation payments and compliance requirements.

• Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty serving as their primary point of contact.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on renewal options packages and additional services.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries resolve issues and optimize the renewal process.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and renewal activities

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree Sales or related field.

• Previous experience in customer service sales or account management preferably in the business setup industry.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.

• Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.

• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
