We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our overseas recruitment team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment efforts by building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

Location : Dubai UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and candidates.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and overseas job market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Goaloriented and selfmotivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
