Our Expectations From The Role

VIP Arrival Preparation:

  • Coordinate and prepare for VIP arrivals for both the current day and the following day, ensuring all guest preferences are noted and rooms are assigned appropriately.

Amenity Management

  • Control Rooms Division amenities, ensuring they are placed in rooms prior to guests' arrival and tracking consumption to manage costs effectively.

Communication And Coordination

  • Maintain strong communication with various departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and In-Room Dining (IRD) to ensure timely delivery of amenities and resolve any issues regarding VIP rooms.

Documentation And Reporting

  • Compile informative documents for hotel management regarding VIP guests scheduled for arrival, providing essential details and preferences to enhance their experience.

Operational Efficiency

  • Utilize Opera system efficiently for tasks such as updating pre-arrival communication information, managing traces, and maintaining guest profiles accurately. Additionally, handle additional projects and duties assigned by leaders to ensure smooth functioning of the department and meet deadlines.
