The Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementing tasks related to the recruitment of employees, and many matters related to the workflow, organization of labor, employee matters, and other tasks and responsibilities, which are as follows:
Assuming the task of selecting skilled and competent workers, the manager in the Human Resources Department performs this task permanently and continuously.
Work on developing company policies in addition to developing standard procedures for the unit.
