Job Description

Our client is a leading QSR company in Dubai United Arab Emirates known for our highquality food and exceptional customer service. We are committed to providing a positive and inclusive work environment for the employees and we are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join the team.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and functions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the QSR industry and a proven track record in developing HR policies and implementing effective learning and development programs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives

Oversee the recruitment and selection process including job postings interviews and onboarding

Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers

Manage compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews and bonuses

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records

Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on conflict resolution

Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction

Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in HR management

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management preferably in the QSR industry

Proven experience in developing HR policies and implementing learning and development programs

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems

Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
