We are presently recruiting for a Finance Manager for our clients, a Main Dealers in Tralee, County Kerry. The company has been in operation for over 60 years, has a very strong repeat business and is looking to hire someone with QFA qualifications. You will be tasked with structuring car deals for clients whilst always maintaining compliance finance lender guidelines and auto dealership policy. You will excel in processing paperwork quickly and delivering ahigh level of customer satisfaction. This is a full time position, based in Tralee, County Kerry
Responsibilities:
- Negotiating with lenders, financial institutions, and other entities to obtain financing terms that meet the needs of borrowers while generating profits for the dealership
- Maintaining records related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial records as required by federal or state regulations
- Evaluating credit applications from potential customers and determining whether they are eligible for financing, including arranging for appraisals of used cars or other collateral if needed
- Preparing contracts for loans or leases and managing the loan process until it is closed
- Verifies accuracy of all material information on the credit application and submits to lender.
- Adheres to a standard of professional ethics and is respectful to customers.
- Help process applications and handle customer inquiries
- Reviewing financial statements and other reports to determine whether they need to take any action to improve their business
- Reviewing loan requests to determine which should be approved and which should be denied
- Providing advice to customers about financing options based on their financial situation and specific needs
- Books out deals accurately.
- Structures deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines
Qualifications and experiences:
- QFA qualified with additional qualification in Business or Finance
- 2+ years experience in a Financial Services industry position
