Job Description

  • Partner with recruiters to source and screen candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Process new hire paperwork and onboarding procedures, including visa applications (if applicable).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave requests, and payroll processing (if applicable).
  • Provide HR support and guidance to internal staff on various HR-related matters (e.g., policies, procedures, employee relations).
  • Assist with recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay updated on relevant UAE labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within a staffing and recruitment agency.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
