Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Agent to join our team in the UAE. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating new business maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a persuasive personality and a passion for sales.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Generation: Identify and target potential clients generate leads and convert them into sales.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and support.Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services effectively communicating their benefits to clients.Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Market Research: Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports including sales forecasts and performance analysis.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.Followup: Conduct followup activities to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.QualificationsExperience: Proven experience in sales or a related role preferably within the UAE.Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills strong negotiation abilities and a resultsoriented mindset.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.License: Valid UAE drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.Working ConditionsEnvironment: Work in various settings including office client sites and remote locations as required.Hours: Standard business hours with flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays based on client needs and sales activities.BenefitsCompetitive salary with commission structureHealth and dental insurancePaid time offOpportunities for career advancementTraining and development programsTravel allowances
