Civil Worker

Responsibilities

Independent is for all ambitious and people who want to advance in their careers and we are currently looking to hire an experienced Civil Worker to join our finance team in our Head Office in Tecom Dubai. Some of the key responsibilities for this role:

• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Fix all kinds of walls and floor tiles.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to address cross-functional issues.
• Replace glass door machines, door closer, door hinges etc.
• Install and repair Gypsum boards.
• Basic Painting works.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel, maintenance supervisor, maintenance
  

coordinator and contractors to coordinate with overall maintenance activities.

• Communicate effectively regarding the status of civil works and upcoming maintenance
  

activities.

• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of all civil work, including repair details, parts used, and timelines.
• Emergency Response:
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize the downtime and disruptions
  

to restaurant operations

• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in all plumbing activities.
• Implement proper safety measures, including the use of personal protective Equipment
