Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive and develop the CRM strategy to support the brands under the division s umbrella to grow with a customer centric approach and marketing automation.
- Strategize Build the CRM Roadmap with set KPI s to improve the customer lifetime value
- Scope Generate insight into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives
- Campaign Management Support the management of business development activities by: Identifying growth cross sell up sell and retention opportunities within the database
- Customer Create and develop database segmentation profiles to enhance innovative customer information data solutions in line with business objectives
- Processes Closely monitor internal processes and capabilities of the Marketing Database to ensure data is securely managed via information and reporting
- Data Management Formulate implement and enforce proper data collection policies and procedures to support business goals and CRM vision
- Strategic Input Liaise with key and senior stakeholders in order to maintain an evolution of information needs providing sound advice and recommendations with reports to support business goals
- Profiling Establish the necessary criteria to proactively detect opportunities within the business and the database to streamline activity
- Analyze evaluate the performance of published CRM content for recommendations for future CRM campaigns
- Be a fresh thinker make suggestions and bring forth ideas to grow and expand the creative practice and bring to bear best in class work and thinking
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record of hand on experience in CRM
- English speaking Arabic is a benefit
- Strong communication skills
