Job Description
You will be responsible for managing HR data entry and monitoring conducting yearly employment assessments performing regular HR duties overseeing PRO (Public Relations Officer) tasks including shipment clearance and coordinating drivers logistics and monitoring. This role requires a highly organized and detailoriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
No experience in UAE is required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- HR Data Entry and Monitoring
- Accurately enter and update employee data in the HR system.
- Monitor and maintain HR records ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as required by management.
- Assist to HR Manager in yearly Employment Assessment:
- Coordinate the annual performance review process.
- Perform full cycle recruitment process
- Posting job vacancies screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations addressing grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- PRO Duties & Shipment Clearance will include handling all PR duties related to governmental and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with customs and other regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate shipment clearance.
- Maintain documentation for all shipment transactions and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
