Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Handle the complete process of employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparing relevant documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the organization's staffing needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee development and performance improvement.
