Job Description
- Assist the Chef De Partie to prepare and make the required food as per the recipe standards
- Demonstrate and help to maintain the high level of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests
- Ensure that all operational requirements are identified and will be working along with kitchen helpers including commis chefs, cooks, kitchen attendants and stewards
- In addition, you will communicate to your Sous Chef any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information and will have to attend & participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
Qualifications
- Similar experience in international hotel preferably in UAE/ME
- A good level of spoken English
- Notable skills & experience in international cuisine
- The ability to work in a team as well as individually
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced environment
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the job
