Assist the Chef De Partie to prepare and make the required food as per the recipe standards
Demonstrate and help to maintain the high level of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests
Ensure that all operational requirements are identified and will be working along with kitchen helpers including commis chefs, cooks, kitchen attendants and stewards
In addition, you will communicate to your Sous Chef any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information and will have to attend & participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
Qualifications
Similar experience in international hotel preferably in UAE/ME
A good level of spoken English
Notable skills & experience in international cuisine
The ability to work in a team as well as individually
Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced environment
